Refund Policy

EZmed products are digital downloads. As a result of the digital downloadable nature of the content, EZmed does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any orders, including but not limited to, the purchase of individual products and there are no refunds on memberships or subscription fees.

This is because customers receive a digital download link immediately upon purchase. Once the digital download link has been sent to the customer or made available to download, it cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, etc. Furthermore, customers who purchase an EZmed membership receive immediate access to an online membership portal containing all of the digital downloads.

Moreover, customers agree to recurring auto-renewal subscription fees at the time of purchasing an EZmed membership. These conditions are displayed directly to the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer accepts and agrees to them prior to subscribing. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time.

Downloading digital products and/or accessing subscription memberships followed by disputing payments with banks, cardholders, etc. without reasonable means may be considered a dishonest refund and is prohibited.

Issues

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with the digital download link, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After a 5-day period has passed since the purchase of your item, a reasonable amount of time has passed and EZmed cannot resolve any issues.

EZmed is not responsible for lost digital download links or items by the customer, and EZmed cannot resend digital download links. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted (see return policy above).

The above terms apply to, but are not limited to, the purchase of EZmed study guides, flashcards, lecture notes, memberships, subscription fees, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
